About MeBackground
My background from University was in Retail, then Training and then Human Resources. Real life and work bought me to my career as a Counselling Psychotherapist. As a trainer I've helped many people to learn and develop new skills. As a personnel consultant I've worked to resolve work-based issues and conflicts. I've also spent time in the last 12 years working in the voluntary sector, supporting those in emotional distress and at present I work as a Counselling Lecturer.
I'm now able to bring all these skills and experience to a counselling work.

How would I work with you?
I work as an integrative counsellor. What it means is that I don’t have a “one size fits all” approach when working with people. We all come into counselling for different reasons and want different things from it. My job as your counsellor is to find the approach that best fits what you want and will best meet your needs. |
